This Photography Licensing Agreement (the “AGREEMENT”) is entered into effective January 1, 2017 between Timothy Horn (“PHOTOGRAPHER”) and Building Blocks 2 Success (“BB2S”). All references to BB2S in this Agreement shall include any affiliates or similar entities.
This Agreement applies to any image, graphics, digital assets, or digital images created or taken by PHOTOGRAPHER and delivered to BB2s (collectively known as “IMAGES” or "GALLERIES"). This Agreement governs the relationship between the parties and in no communication or other exchange, shall modify the terms of this Agreement unless agreed to in writing.
All Images and rights relating to them, including copyright and ownership rights in the media in which the Images are stored, remain the sole and exclusive property of the PHOTOGRAPHER. This license provides BB2S with the unlimited right to reproduce, publicly display, and distribute the Images as necessary to publicize or otherwise promote the efforts and work of BB2S. Images may contain copyright management information (CMI) in the form of either 1) a copyright notice ©, 2) other copyright and ownership information embedded in the metadata, and/or 3) displayed watermarks. Any Images used in national or broader publications must include attribution of "Photo courtesy Timothy Horn."
